We strive to maintain fair prices – despite the use of highly qualified detective professionals. As a result, commissioning detectives is unfortunately not affordable for everyone, but it is still affordable for broad sections of the population. In structuring our fees, we follow the code of honour of the Bundes Internationaler Detektive and position ourselves in the lower range of the recommended prices.

Please note: We can only inform you of the specific hourly rate applicable to your case after discussing all details relevant to the assignment. In most cases, however, you can expect a rate of 84 euros. In contrast to many competitors, it is important to us to pursue a transparent fee structure.

Detective fees are reimbursable.

In cases of legal relevance that are handed over to the judiciary, it is often possible to recover detective costs from the party responsible for the problem, usually the target person. Once again, you can see how important it is to conduct investigations in a legally compliant and court-admissible manner. Because one thing is clear: if you initially pay 5 euros less per hour to an amateur investigator, but ultimately cannot obtain reimbursement of detective costs in court due to an investigative error, you have achieved nothing in the end.

Our Pricing Model

No flat expense charges – billing only according to actual and necessary expenditure.

 

No postage and telephone costs – these are generally included in the hourly rate and are not charged separately.

 

No costs for the use of standard detective technology – this is also included in the hourly rate. Only special equipment, such as the use of a camouflaged surveillance van, will be charged separately if required.

 

No special surcharges for weekend or night operations – a fixed hourly rate seven days a week around the clock.

 

Fixed-price offers are available on request and only where the workload is clearly foreseeable in advance. For certain commercial assignments, such as the recovery of missing property, a fixed-price solution is of course sensible.

 

Upon conclusion of the contract and payment of a deposit covering the assignment costs, you can, subject to creditworthiness, agree with us on an interest-free instalment payment plan for settling the remaining invoice amount. Naturally without additional fees.
